About the Mental Wealth Academy

Concerned about maintaining good mental health, emotional resilience and wellbeing during the coronavirus pandemic.

We recognise that this has been an incredibly challenging time, coping with sudden and dramatic changes in our lives, intense feelings, anxiety about the future, loss of contact with loved ones, experience of illness and bereavement.

At the Good Mental Health Cooperative, we believe that connecting with others, and informal arts and wellbeing learning activities, are really important ways to take care of our mental health, and build the emotional resilience we need to get though these difficult times.

By registering your name and email address for any workshop, you agree to be added to the Good Mental Health Coop and Creative Mental Health mailing lists. Personal contact information is gathered for the sole purpose of communications via our email newsletter site hosted by Mailchimp and Convertkit respectively. You can easily unsubscribe at any time. Details remain confidential and will never be passed on to any third party except as required by UK law. Please find attached our full policy Privacy Policy - amended Online Summer.pdf

Mental Wealth Trialogue

Mental health is everyone’s business, regardless of their background and experience.

Mental health is often seen as the domain of service providers, carers and the people who use the mental health services. However, within communities there is a huge diversity of knowledge and experience that can be used to transform the way we discuss and develop our understanding of mental health generally. ‘Trialogue’ groups already exist in many places in Europe and can help communities to change the perception that only those who work in the field of mental health are the experts in mental health. A ‘Trialogue’ group is a neutral space where communities can gather to develop their understanding of mental health issues, including the challenges of maintaining good mental health, and to transform thinking on developing better services and healthy communities. Trialogue meetings are welcoming and inclusive of all community members, including mental health service users, carers, families friends, professionals and anyone with an interest in good mental health and wellbeing in the community. Mental health is everyone’s business, regardless of their background and experience.
