    The balance of our own peace is so important, particularly for the independent clinician who are often working in isolation. This is a time to reach out to a support network you can trust

    Most sessions are very informal, however we do try to plan a more formal reflective practice session and a research review every couple of months. If you are interested in sharing we welcome this being a collaborative and organic process as a team.
