    Focus on understanding how our feelings are influenced by evolution and the social situation we find ourselves in.

  • Awareness

    Week 2

    Focus on how we can start to become aware of things that trigger our feelings, emotions and behaviour.

  • Get to know your Inner Critic

    Week 3

    looking at how we can be kind to ourselves amidst the constant change and uncertainty of daily living.

  • Stride Forward

    Week 4

    Our final session takes a look at how we can move forward with a sense of inner strength and power with gratitude for all the good things life has to offer.

Wight Be Happy

Wight to be happy is a not-for-profit organisation aimed improving the mental health and resilience of people living on the Isle of Wight. We aim to bring together people in the community to talk about what makes them feel happy, supporting those who feel lonely or socially isolated in this present time of change.

I am located in Ryde and specialise in stress and anxiety related difficulties, including PTSD, pain management, IBS, weight management, phobias and many other ailments that hold people back from living a rich and happy life. FRYOG Yoga teacher and teach regular yoga classes in Newport and Binstead.
