The aims of the ‘Stress Busting’ programme is to:
Encourage participants to recognise the ongoing themes in their lives that ignite their stress levels and to understand that human beings dealing with conditions outside of their control do experience stress.
For people to identify indicators of stress which may influence unhealthy life style choices or emotions such as anger, or distress.
To investigate possible methods of reducing stress levels by way of alternative methods of approaching daily living.
The desired outcomes would be for you to be equipped with helpful tools you can use when in a stressful situation or conditions arise.
