Sleep is an issue for many people at some point in their lives. Whether it is acute or chronic its impact is similar in its effects. Lack of sleep can affect our day-to-day behaviour and health and there has been much research into sleep deprivation. The current climate of Covid 19 throughout 2020 and into 2021 has had a major influence affecting us all in some way, on all levels of our lives, our work and business, health and wellbeing, finances, our families and socialising. Everything that is familiar and important to us has been changed in some way. With the shifting of our very foundations, we try and find some stability. If we are worrying about our future there is a huge possibility that our sleep will be affected in some way for a great many of us.
